JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 It has been submitted on behalf of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Prosecution case has been closed. Statement of accused has already been taken and next date is fixed on 11.02.2016 for defence.

Now the ball has gone in the court of petitioner himself.

So far merit of the case is concerned, in the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see it a fit case for reconsideration. Prayer for bail is rejected. Having active cooperation at the end of the accused, the learned lower court will proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis and will conclude the same within a month positively and further will furnish a report, accordingly.
