The petitioner seeks bail in Sangrampur P. S. case no. 219/18 instituted for the offence under Sections 413, 414/34 of the I.P.C.

In the written report, it is alleged that police got information that one TVS Apache motorcycle was kept in the house of Avinash Kumar @ Chhotu Kumar for committing some offence. On getting such information police raided the house of Avinash Kumar and recovered TVS Apache motorcycle. He disclosed before the police that he has purchased the aforesaid motorcycle from this petitioner on payment of Rs. 20,000/-. Learned counsel further submits that besides such statement given by co- accused from whose

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6422 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 possession alleged motorcycle has been recovered, there is no material against this petitioner to implicate him in this case Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Munger, in connection Sangrampur P. S. case no. 219/18, G.R. No. 2746 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
