According to prosecution case itself, the Kheer and Puri were given by the petitioner to the informant in the night of 08-022014 and the said foods were eaten by sons of the informant on the next day i.e. 09-02-2014 and after that, in the night of 09-02-2014, the younger son of the informant died.

Admittedly, the aforesaid Kheer and Puri had been kept in the house of the informant till 09-02-2014 and moreover, the cause of death of the informant's son could not be established and viscera has been sent for chemical examination.
