In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made to have killed the victim on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by setting her ablaze.

From the record it appears that the victim at the first instance was treated at Siwan and thereafter, shifted to Gorakhpur and from there she was carried to Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi and no statement of the lady has been recorded, as to in what manner,

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the victim is in jail and the petitioner is the father-in-law. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015.
