In course of investigation, it came to light that sim, used in the looted mobile, stood in the name of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had already given sanha in the year 2010 in respect of missing of his sim and mobile. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Arwal P.S. Case no. 197/2010.
