Patna High Court CWJC No.84 of 2019 dt.07-12-2020 2/2 activities within the premises of Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga, which caused inconvenience to the patient and their attendant and from his unlawful activities the medical college has also suffered a huge financial loss which is also evident from perusal of letter dated 11.10.2012 issued by the Superintendent, Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga (Annexure P/1) as well as letter no. 1298/4 dated 05.08.2013 issued by the the then Director-in-chief, Health Service, Bihar, Patna (Annexure P/2)."

After the matter was heard for sometime, finding the court not to be in favour with the submissions made across bar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to approach the respondents, highlighting his grievances before the authorities.

Equally liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such alternative remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law.
