Heard the parties.

The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 25.07.2014 passed in CWJC No. 12836 of 2012.

Patna High Court MJC No.212 of 2023(3) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 The petitioner earlier had also filed contempt petition vide MJC No. 5926 of 2012 which was disposed of on 31.07.2014 as the State had complied the order. It seems that on 13.12.2016, the Employment Unit holding that the petitioner at the relevant date, 1st of January, 2006, was only 17 years, 4 months and 21 days which was below 18 years, his employment was terminated. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even if he is below 18 years, he can be given employment. The assertion of the learned counsel be better tested before an appropriate Court.

The MJC No. 212 of 2023 stands disposed of as no contempt is made out.
