JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by office order, dated 16.12.2016, passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda, whereby she has been put under suspension during the pendency of the departmental enquiry initiated against her.

It is not known as to what is the stage of the said departmental enquiry.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude departmental proceeding within a period of six months from the date of
