2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 194 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The petitioner is accused of giving repeated knife blow on the victim causing grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025 having one criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also there is direct allegation against the petitioner of giving knife blow to the victim causing grievous injury, this application is dismissed for the present.
7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
