JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.05.2014 and admittedly, except one injury all the injuries of the informant are simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance. So far as the rest injury is concerned, the doctor has opined that the aforesaid injury might be danger to life. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but the same is in respect of negligent driving. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Sessions
