====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 7 liters country made liquor was recovered from the brewery of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got 15 criminal antecedents out of which 14 criminal antecedents are of similar

6. Considering the recovery and criminal antecedents of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
