2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, on 05.12.2023, for cutting of paddy crops, a harvester had to pass through the field of the petitioner, for that the informant was ready to pay compensation but despite that, the petitioners abused and assaulted the informant's father and son by lathi, danda and kudal due to which they suffered injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8764 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedents and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 47 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
