This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with P.S. Case No. 248 of 2013/ G.R. No. 2253 of 2013 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1441 of 2017(2) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order has been passed on 23.10.2013 and the quashing application has been filed in 2017 after inordinate delay that too without satisfactory explanation of the delay. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches.
