The petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2014 in Manjhagarh P.S.Case No.192/13 for the offence under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and that she is not related to the family and is also living separately.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that in para 18 of the case diary it has come that the petitioner is the aunt of the husband of the deceased and that she is also living separately, let the petitioner, above named, be released
