The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi (Mahila) P.S. Case No.26 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

By order dated 11.04.2023, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court.

Perused the Mediator's Report at Flag 'A'. The Mediator has reported that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is attached with the

Considering the fact that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mahila) P.S.
