JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents no. 3 and 4 to remove the encroachments from the premises of Giridhar Public Library, Madhubani which have been created by the district Administration by opening several Government Offices, such as District Transport Offices E.V.M. Store room and other Offices.

(ii) For further issuance of inappropriate Order or direction to the respondents not to build or set up any Government Offices in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9748 of 2016(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 campus of the Giridhar Public Library which are causing great harm to it and the general public at large.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate Order or direction to the respondents to maintain the original look and existence of the premises of Giridhar Public Library of the town.

(iv) For further direction to the respondents to hand over the newly building to the Giridhar Public Library as the same has completely ruined the charm of original Giridhar Public Library.

(v) For further direction to the respondents to make public the income which has been generated from the library premises.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
