JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S.Case No. 655 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death who happens to be the mother-in-law.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against her and in the similar circumstances other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 14532 of 2019. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6734 of 2019(3) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 655 of 2018 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
