Case No. 166 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of obtaining appointment on forged certificate.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already remained in custody for more than three months and charge sheet has been submitted and several other co-accused persons have been granted bail which will appear from Annexure-2 series.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8371 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017.
