Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nauhatta (Darhar O.P.) P. S. case no. 24/2013 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

There is accusation of giving Kudal blow against co-accused Shankar Yadav and so far as petitioner is concerned, no specific overtact has been attributed against the petitioner in the first information report. Moreover, police, after due investigation, submitted final form against the petitioner but court below took cognizance for the offence against the petitioner also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34495 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Nauhatta (Darhar O.P.) P. S. case no. 24/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
