The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 419, 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have provided forged certificates and road permits to the drivers of the trucks and other vehicles to pass through the check post. Co-accused Bharat Kumar and Upnedra Kumar have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 178/15.
