The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant, his father and other members of the informant's side when they had gone to resolve the dispute with regard to

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received grievous injuries. The accusation of assaulting with garasa is against petitioners Satyendra Kumar, Ishwari Yadav, Jairam Kumar and co-accused Ranjeet Yadav and Golu Kumar but the injury report is not in consonance with case of the prosecution as all the injuries are lacerated and abrasion and the doctor opined the injuries to be caused by hard and blunt except injury No. 3 sustained by the father of the informant which is grievous in nature but the injury is not on vital part and except injury No. 3, all the injuries are simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
