2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , on 13.5.24 at about 5:55 AM, while informant along with her husband were going for

No.8053 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/3 morning walk, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons made indiscriminate firing due to which husband of the informant sustained injury and subsequently, died during course of treatment. Later, informant came to know that this petitioner was involved in the alleged occurrence as all the accused persons during stayed in the house of this petitioner in night.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence . From bare perusalf of the F.I.R., it is apparent that petitioner is not alleged to be assailant of the deceased. The only allegation against the petitioner is that all the accused persons stayed in the house of this petitioner in the night before the occurrence . There is no allegation of any overt act against her. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation , period of custody and clean antecedent, this prayer for regular bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
