The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A, 494 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the informant was married to Rishi Kumar Roy in the year 2009. The informant alleged in her complaint petition that on 30.11.2014 her son-in-law and his second wife took her daughter but thereafter her daughter is traceless.

It is submitted that daughter of the informant died natural death in the year 2010 and LIC claim of Mala Kumari @ Abha Kumari was withdrawn on the basis of death certificate. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and no specific

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
