The alleged recovery is said to have been made from a Dhaba where petitioner and three others were caught by the police. The other three accused have already been admitted to bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati in connection with Barachatti P.S.
