JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was Secretary of the concerned school and according to the prosecution case itself, the In-charge Principal as well as Secretary of the concerned school were authorized to withdraw the amount from the Bank by issuance of cheque of their joint signatures. Although the informant claims that he was incharge Principal of the concerned school at the time of alleged occurrence but had not issued any cheque.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.
