The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467,468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

On a written report of Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Shiekhpura, it is submitted that the petitioner impersonated himself to be Santosh Kumar and tried to withdraw rupees three thousand but on suspicion the petitioner was apprehended. The petitioner has already remained in jail for over four months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34370 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shiekhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015.
