2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC.
3. According to the allegation, the petitioner became successful in securing the job of a block teacher on the basis of forged matriculation certificate and mark sheet.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been terminated from her service. She has further submitted that on similar footing, some other accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6151 of 2025(3) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 persons, in different cases, have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 27142 of 2024, 27373 of 2024, 19705 of 2024 and 994 of 2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the Vigilance has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that some accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
