The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A. a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order contained in Memo no.805 dated 9.6.2015 whereby and where under the District Programme Officer, Purnea has cancelled the selection of the petitioner to the post of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11061 of 2015(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/3 Sevika under the Child Development Programme of Gram Panchayat Gangapur, Centre Dhamgara tole, Code 67.

B. A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Aganbari Sevika under the Child Development Programme of Gram Panchayat Gangapur Centre Damgara tole Kendre code no.67.

C. A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents and restraining them from making any fresh appointment of Anganwari Sevika under the Child Development Programme of Gram Panchayat Gangapur, Centre Dhamgara tole Kendre code no.67 till final adjudication of the matte."

The learned counsel for the respondentState has submitted that the appeal filed by the private respondent no.8 before the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea, has been allowed and she has been directed to be appointed, hence the present writ petition has been rendered

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea, whereby and whereunder the appeal filed by the respondent no.8 has been allowed. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
