ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. It appears from the show cause filed by the State that vide Annexure A, contained in Office Order No.345/2018, passed by the Superintendent of Police, Saran, the case of the petitioner has been duly considered and appropriate orders have been passed in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased employee and order to that effect has already been issued. The
Patna High Court MJC No.1075 of 2017 (4) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 same has also been communicated to the respective beneficiaries. It thus appears that no case under contempt is now made out.
The application stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned by means of a fresh representation with regard to her entitlement towards receiving pension, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law and under the relevant rules.
