One stolen motorcycle and its parts are said to have been recovered from the house of uncle of petitioner. The aforesaid motorcycle and its parts have been kept by the petitioner on the request of co-accused.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 16.2.2015. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Devesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani/concerned court in Khutauna P.S. Case no. 14/2015.
