Petitioners along with others were apprehended by the police while they were allegedly assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and in that course, one country made katta was recovered from the possession of petitioner no.1 and mobile like balance was recovered from the possession of petitioner no.2. Petitioners are in jail custody since 14.5.2015 and para 3 of the petition reveals that they do not have any criminal antecedent Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashish Mishra, Judicial
