2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 354, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Anand Shukla. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are only alleged to have snatched cash and a signed cheque from the informant. As a matter of fact, wife of the informant gave two cheques to co-accused Anand Shukla, which got dishonored, and when co-accused demanded his money from the informant, the informant has filed this false and concocted case only with a view to grab the money. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
