Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner except mobile set.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Jamui in U.A.P. no. 78/2015 arising out of Khaira P.S.
