The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the victim but the victim made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P. C. and disclosed that she left her house and went along with the petitioner who happens to be her brother-in-law. The victim solemnized marriage with the petitioner and she got a child. The victim is a major girl. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
