The writ petition has been filed for:- "quashing by a writ of Certiorari or by any other writ to quash the order of the Member Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Bihar, Patna dated the 15th July, 2017 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 62 of 2014, whereby he has been pleased to reject/dismiss the application and confirm the order of the Commissioner, Kosi Division, Saharsa dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.11478 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 16.12.2013 in B.L.T. Appeal No. 66/2012 and be pleased to restore the order of the D.C.L.R., Tribeniganj passed in Restoration and Possession Case No. 01/2011-12 on 27.12.2011."
3. Learned State counsel has submitted that a perusal of the order in question would show that the learned Member, Administrative of the BLT has rightly observed that it is the case to be taken up by a competent Civil Court.
5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
