Case No. 62 of 2014, whereby he has been pleased to reject/dismiss the application and confirm the order of the Commissioner, Kosi Division, Saharsa dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.11478 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 16.12.2013 in B.L.T. Appeal No. 66/2012 and be pleased to restore the order of the D.C.L.R., Tribeniganj passed in Restoration and Possession Case No. 01/2011-12 on 27.12.2011."

3. Learned State counsel has submitted that a perusal of the order in question would show that the learned Member, Administrative of the BLT has rightly observed that it is the case to be taken up by a competent Civil Court.

5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
