The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand of one Apachi motorcycle and cash of Rs.50,000/- by the petitioner and in-laws family. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is Chachera Sasur of the deceased and he has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Ranjit Verma who is in custody as stated in para-11 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM- Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S.
