JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 31-01-2022 When the case is called out, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned APP for the State is present. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No.281/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of firing upon the informant causing bullet injury on the left leg of the informant. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having gone through the records of this case including the impugned order, it is apparent that there is an admitted land dispute between the parties and the injury report shows the injury of the informant as simple in nature. Also, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as mentioned in para-3 of this

Let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Sheosagar P.S.
