Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 353, 188, 393 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with some unknown accused persons blocked the road and also tried to loot the fertilizers loaded on the tractor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has committed no offence. He further submits that the allegation of

No.6996 of 2022(2) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 committing loot is general and omnibus in nature against the petitioner and as far as allegation of creating hindrance in discharging of official duty is alleged, the same is ornamental in nature. He next submits that petitioner is similarly situated like Praveen Kumar, who has been granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 13.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70985 of 2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 483 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and further one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his wife Asha Devi.
