Accordingly, both the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33552 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 stated petitions have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
Petitioners are neither named in the first information report nor in the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It appears that their name came in this case in course of investigation on mere suspicion. No doubt, petitioners do carry criminal antecedent but in the present case except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against them.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur ( Gidhour) P.S.Case No. 232 of 2014.
