2. The writ petition has been filed for the following

Patna High Court CWJC No.1283 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 reliefs :- "For issuance of a writ, direction and commanding the respondents to protect the life of the petitioner and her family and restrain the private respondents from disturbing the physical possession of the petitioner upon the house and land of the petitioner."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the letter issued by the S.H.O. Salmari Police Station which is addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Katihar vide DR No. 276 dated 22.03.2026, which forms part of the counter affidavit, seeks permission to ventilate his grievances by filing appropriate representation before the concerned authorities.

4. In view of the submission so made, permission is accordingly granted.

5. With the above observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
