The name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Guddu Musahar from whose possession looted mobile is said to have been recovered but it appears that except the confessional statement of the aforesaid coaccused, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 20.04.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kuchila P.S.Case No. 07 of 2015 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
