2.This application for regular bail arises out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report was registered against unknown. It is alleged that the miscreants, at the point of pistol, had snatched his motorcycle. Subsequently, the motorcycle was recovered. It is the petitioner's case that after recovery of the motorcycle another case being Teghra P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019 was registered on the same date in which the petitioner has been named in the First Information Report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to Annexure-2 to this application, which is an order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4618 of 2020(3) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 passed by this Court dated 04.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 79601 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted regular bail. It is his plea that both the cases arise out of the same occurrence. On perusal of the First Information Report and the order passed by this Court, I find substance in the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. This application is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Teghra P.S. Case no. 286 of 2019.
