====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Earlier attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 233/12 was permitted to be withdrawn by this Court under order dated 20.01.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38881 of 2014, Annexure-1 as on that date he was also accused in some other cases and was in jail custody in those cases. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that now he has been granted bail in all other cases, except the present one. Let the court below verify the aforesaid submission and if found correct, petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 233/12, but petitioner must appear in the court below on the date fixed in the trial, otherwise court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34910 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and to take him into custody.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
