The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, a loaded country made pistol as also four live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He is in custody since 25.3.2020. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State who submits that the petitioner has antecedents of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16930 of 2021(2) dt.13-08-2021 2/2 seven cases from before.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year 4 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case no. 59/2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur.
