Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 124 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 20, 22, 24, of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

Having regard to the nature of the allegation, the Court is no inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail, is hereby rejected.

However, the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest preferably within a period of nine months.
