The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman and is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that she got appointed as a Panchayat teacher in primary school Dhari Tola, Murarpur on the basis of forged certificates.
Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that petitioner was appointed as a teacher in the year 2010 and thereafter she had approached this Court on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6679 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 several occasion seeking her salary, but then at that point of time such objection was never raised. It is further submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner before instituting the present F.I.R., perhaps the F.I.R. would not have been registered. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a widow and has no source of income.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 151 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
