The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Dharmvir Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court. Moreover, neither petitioner is party in Title Suit No. 697 of 2013 nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
