2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 169 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 363/364/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. The petitioners are the Brothers-in-law and sisterin-law (Bhaisur, Dewar and Gotni) of the deceased. There is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9659 of 2024(3) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 general and omnibus allegation against them. The main allegation is against the father-in-law, mother-in-law and the husband of the deceased.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 169/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
