Three country made pistols are said have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It would appear that name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Md Qurban, from whose possession two country made pistols were recovered and the aforesaid co-accused Md Qurban has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 10.3.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Uda-Kishunganj, (Madhepura)/concerned court in Puraini P.S.
