Petitioner is named in the first information report but it is only stated that he was an order giver. Moreover, other co-accused against whom, there is allegation of assault, have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
